Secure, private hosted remote access for everyday work

Private Remote Access lets an organization access and control computers remotely while keeping ownership of its own remote-access infrastructure.

What PRA Does

Built for remote work, support, and controlled access

Remote control

Access another computer's desktop, files, and applications through a secure PRA session.

File and text transfer

Move files and clipboard text between connected computers using familiar copy and paste workflows.

Unattended access

Connect to configured computers when unattended access is enabled and authorized.

Multi-screen sessions

Work with multiple remote displays when the remote computer and deployment support it.

Same-network discovery

The PRA Agent can automatically find the organization's Controller on the same local network.

Manual Controller IP

When automatic discovery is unavailable, users can connect using the Controller IP from their administrator.

PRA Applications

Controller and Agent

A typical PRA deployment includes a PRA Controller managed by the organization and PRA Agent installations on computers used for remote connections. Most regular users work in the PRA Agent, while Controller setup is handled by an authorized administrator.

Account Access

Limited and full-duration use

Users can work without logging in for a limited daily period. Logged-in users receive unlimited connection duration according to the organization's access policy.
